It's a dealership, not very friendly. High turnover rate with employees. Mechanics are so so.... I personally have had horrible and almost deadly consequences due to one of their mechanics. All they did was argue with me saying it had nothing to do with them. Which it DID. they didn't even want to check it out to see if it was their mistake. Very sad indeed. After going to another mechanic, they found the problem in which the Grand Canyon Harley Davidson dealership had not completed while in their shop. My confidence with these people are still a bit leery. Maybe one day I might trust them again. Just be careful.
I bought my 2014 Zero FX from them in 2015. They have been amazing. I have had a persistent rear wheel bearing issue. The customer support, updates, them working with Zero to fix the issue, the work that they put in to make my bike right is amazing. Bike is running great now. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike!
