Play a good game of chess and enjoy your great tasting hot coffee while you see unbelievable views of cliffs, valleys and skies. Unique architecture design with a pleasurable attitude. Food was very good and had many dishes to choose from. Sunrise or sunset the view are incredible well worth the trip!
I live and work here in Arcosanti, and this is one of the most powerful and eye opening experiences I've had living in a place. I work in the cafe from time to time, and everyday our chefs (residents) get to choose what they want to cook. Never a set menu. We always have vegan and gluten free options, but if you want to know exactly what we're making, call ahead! It's a buffet/family style type of eating. Make sure to take a tour and spend the night. This project is AMAZING.
"Vegan options" AKA: Soup and salad, a true disgrace. For a place that prides itself on "sustainability" you sure do offer a lot of animal flesh, which is the leading cause of climate change. The woman at the counter basically treated us as if we were an inconvenience for trying to spend money at the cafe. Just pack a lunch and go on the lovely tour, your experience will be much more enriching.

Awesome place! Stay a while, take a tour, even stay over night or come back for a workshop or one of the many events. They really need all the funding and help they can get to keep the awesome idea alive. Friendly staff and inhabitants! Will come back soon!
